NIELSEN- Michael J. Schou Nielsen, 48, a resident of Rio Rancho, NM passed away February 14, 2011. He was born on December 22, 1962 in Chinon, France. He is survived by his partner, Michaela Cawthorn; father, Jan Schou Nielsen and his wife Mary Jo Nielsen of Magnolia, TX; mother, Rosemary Brennan of Houston, TX; children, Sean Schou Nielsen and wife Theresa of Silverdale, WA, Samantha Schou Nielsen of Rio Rancho, NM, step-son, Preston Cawthorn of Rio Rancho, NM; brother, Tony Nielsen and wife Cathy of New Caney, TX; sister, Melisia Morrell of Tyler, TX; numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harriet and Harry Walker, Inga and Svend Aage Nielsen. Michael had a passion for repairing anything in the modern home and building model cars. He excelled at photography, loved animals and enjoyed the mountains. Above all, he enjoyed life and dearly loved his children.
