Michael J. Zamora

ZAMORA- Michael J. Zamora, 55, April 16th , 1953- Sept. 19th, 2008, went to be with the Lord, on September 19th, 2008. He is survived by many relatives and friends who loved him very much; his wife of 32 years, Gloria Zamora; his brother, David Zamora; his sisters, Joanne Sanchez and Theresa Zimmerly; his daughters, Michelle Zamora, and Ramona Apache; his father, Lazaro Zamora; his grandchildren, Amadeus Apache, Kiyana Apache, Paul Haywood, and Peyton Haywood. He was preceded in death by his mother, Dora Zamora; and grandson, Elijah Apache. He lovingly supported his family by working for the City of Albuquerque, until about 2 years ago. He loved to play golf, take care of his yard and garden, and to play with his grandchildren. He also donated his artwork to San Ysidro Catholic Church and Corrales Library. He will be remembered for his quirky sense of humor, his politics, his "scavengering", and his love for his whole family. He will be forever loved and missed.
