Judy Pelzer, 78 years young, of Rio Rancho, passed away on July 4, 2026.  She was born in California, but a long time New Mexico resident.  Mrs. Pelzer is survived by her loving family, husband for 57 years, Bill Pelzer, two adult children, Tracy Pelzer and Darlene Callis, four grandchildren and many extended family and friends.

A private Family Gathering was held in her loving remembrance.
