Nellie Frank, 77, of Farmington, died Friday, Sept. 3, 2010, in Albuquerque. She was born June 10, 1933, in Houck, Ariz.
She graduated from Albuquerque Indian School. She has been a resident of Farmington since 1965. She enjoyed sewing and watching wrestling and Lakers' games. She was preceded in death by her mother, Hanaas'bah Celso Tabaha; a grandparent, Yenilthbah James; sons, Ernest Frank and Eugene Frank; brothers, Herman Tabaha, Wilbert Tabaha and Elmer Tabaha; and sister, Marg A. King. She is survived by her daughters, Pauleen Frank and Marjorie Werito; siblings, Jimmy Silversmith, Louise Bitsie, Virginia Joe, Rosie Avery, Leonard Tabaha and Leroy Tabaha; four grandchildren, Jason, Kyle, Kourtney and Kevin; and six great-grandchildren, Tristen, Precious, Nathan, Colin, Leah and Carter.
Viewing will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, at Cope Memorial Kirtland Chapel, 458 County Road 6100, in Kirtland. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 10, at World Harvest Center, 1024 N. Butler Ave., in Farmington. Pastor Larry Whiston will officiate.
