Nepomucena Garcia

GARCIA- Nepomucena Garcia, age 91, went home to be with our Lord and Savior Sunday, March 20, 2011. Nepomucena was born December 5, 1919 in San Acacio, NM. She adored her family and loved cooking for them. When not tending to her family you could find her praying for everyone she knew and loved. Nepomucena is preceded in death by her daughter, Josephine Trujillo. She is survived by her beloved husband Justiniano P. Garcia of 70 years; her loving children, Mary Ann Benavidez and husband Raymond, Betty Casados and significant other Ted Ortega, Louis Garcia and wife Susan, Donna Allen and husband Gary; son in law David Trujillo; sister in law, Filomena Chavez; 17 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren; and numerous other friends and family. Nepomucena will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. A Viewing will take place at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco SW., Wednesday, March 23, 2011 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Family Catholic Church on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.; Interment will be Friday, March 25, 2011 at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 11:15 a.m.; Pallbearers are, Erwin Benavidez, Ben J.
