Patricia was born Patricia Ruth Duffy in Mangam, Oklahoma to Patrick and Bertie Duffy. She began a career in advertising at John A. Brown department store in Oklahoma City before raising a large family. When she made Albuquerque her home in 1972, she became the founding partner in Don Hatfield Advertising handling large accounts, retail businesses and political campaigns. Later, she founded her own agency: Creative Advertising Concepts.
She was a lifelong devout member of the Catholic Church and was active in various parishes in Shreveport, Louisiana, Dallas, Texas and Albuquerque doing volunteer work and community service.
She is preceded in death by her spouse, the love of her life Forrest Green, her parents Patrick and Bertie Duffy, brother Leo (Gertrude), sisters Mary Marcom (Jack), and Ruby Jones (Lloyd).
She is survived by a large and loving family: daughters Marcia Hatfield Daudistel (Howard), Frances Hatfield, Shelly Brandhorst (Crews) and sons Michael Hatfield (Mary Kay), Brian Hatfield and stepdaughter Sandra Green Hough. She is also survived by seven grandchildren: John Masserini (Abraham Kelley), Crews Brandhorst III (Bethany) Rachel Massey, Erin Brizuela (George), Anderson Hatfield, Troy Hatfield (Claire) and Madison Hatfield (Richard) and eight great grandchildren.
There will be a Rosary at 9:30 AM July 14th with a Funeral Mass immediately following at The Shine of Saint Bernadette 11509 Indian School NE Albuquerque New Mexico.
