In loving memory of Patricia Schaab of Rio Rancho, formerly of Ohio, who passed away on May 4, 2026. Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kenneth George Schaab, and her parents, Josephine Godec and Michael Mauer. Patricia married Kenneth on November 8, 1969, and together they built a life centered around family, friendship, and community.

She is survived by her daughters, Christine Wargo, Barbara Schaab, and Holly Schaab; her grandchildren, Amber Schaab, Brendan Wargo, and Trevor Wargo; and her great-grandson, Kaidan Baker.

Patricia had a passion for quilting and for bringing smiles to everyone she met. She spent many cherished days with her friends from Thimbleweed Quilters, creating quilts and toys for local charities. She was also deeply involved in 4-H for many years alongside her granddaughter, where she formed lifelong friendships and touched the lives of many young people and families. Patricia also loved camping and traveling with her husband through their camping club, creating countless memories around campfires and on the open road.

Her kindness, creativity, and warmth left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered always.
