Paul a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather passed away Thursday, April 2, 2015. He was born in Fort Sumner, NM on January 10, 1921, to Joseph and Pearl Herring. Paul is survived by his children, John (Janet) Herring from Angel Fire, NM, Cindy (Craig) Henrich from Boerne, TX, Amy Hearing from Albuquerque, NM; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. He enlisted into the US Navy Seabees in 1942 for four years serving in World War II earning a Bronze Star. Paul married Pauline in Roswell, NM for 66 years. Paul was an employer for Mountain Bell for 39 years. He was a member of the Lions club and the Pioneers Mountain Bell for 39 years. Paul was member of Mountain Side Church of Christ. He was very family oriented, who enjoyed hunting, fishing and traveling. Memorial Service will be held Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 10:30 am at Mountainside Church of Christ located at 12300 Indian School Rd. NE.
