Age 30, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2016. He was born in Socorro, NM on November 27, 1985, to Paul Savedra and Christi (Wooldridge) Buhrle. Anthony graduated from high school in Pocatello, ID and joined the United States Marine Corps where he proudly served his country. He was an Iraq War veteran and received the Purple Heart. Anthony was honorably discharged in 2008. Anthony will always be remembered for his beautiful smile, contagious laugh, and for his love for the Dallas Cowboys. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mickey Wooldridge and Sharon Tellez.  Anthony is survived by parents, Paul  and Sandra Savedra, and Christi and John Buhrle; his two sisters, Michelle Buhrle and Rebecca Buhrle; his grandparents, Albert and Dorothy Savedra; numerous uncles and aunts as well as many close cousins. Rosary to be recited on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at 8:30 am at the San Miguel Catholic  Church, 403 El Camino Real, Socorro with Mass of Resurrection to be celebrated immediately following at 9:00 am.  Celebrant will be Father John Anasiudu.  Burial will take place at the San Lorenzo Cemetery in Polvadera following service. Pallbearers will be Sam Abeyta, Michael Otero, Bobby Otero, Chris Savedra, Socorro Gutierrez, and John Savedra.  Honorary pallbearers are Chris Garza, Robert Savedra, Patrick Savedra, Dean Otero, Stephanie (Abeyta) Elmore, and Willie Valles.
