Pauline Crespin

Pauline S. Crespin, 92, was peacefully welcomed Home with our Lord Jesus Christ, on October 29, 2021. What an amazing Mother, Wife, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend to all that were blessed to have her in our lives. Pauline dedicated herself and her life to her family with everlasting and unconditional love and compassion.

Pauline was ever calm and serene in her Catholic Faith.  From her childhood forward, she had a special place in her heart for our Lord and Blessed Mother. A lifelong devout member of the San Miguel Church as well as Our Lady of Perpetual Health.

Pauline loved cooking for large family gatherings (all the time!), dancing all her life and giving of herself to everyone whose lives she touched (that’s a lot of love!). She was a member of numerous Catholic charities and organizations all her life.

Pauline was born August 15, 1929 in Socorro, NM to Hipolito and Veronica Armijo. She is preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Tom, son, Patrick, parents, siblings, Sophie (Sosteno), Angie (Joe), Sam, Albert, Junior, and Lydio (Betty). She is survived by her children, Tina (Joseph), Tom (Joanna), Mary, Paul (Debbie), Julie (Kenny), Grace (Charlie), Lisa, Margaret (Mike), Alesia, Charles and John, along with her little brother, Ruben (Dolores), in-laws, Mela, Nona, Delphine, Gloria, and Jerry, 21 grandchildren with 33 great and great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and very special friends.

Pallbearers are sons, Tom, Paul, Charles and John.  Honorary pallbearers are grandsons, Stephen, Louis, Anthony, Luke, Dean, Jacob, Jarrod, and Gabriel.

In lieu of flowers and other gifts, family requests donations be made to the Matthew 23 Fund through San Miguel Catholic Church.

Rosary to be recited on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at 9:30am at San Miguel Catholic Church, 403 El Camino Real, Socorro, NM, with the Mass of Resurrection to be celebrated immediately following at 10:00am.  Celebrant Father John Anasiudu.  Burial will take place at ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­the San Miguel Cemetery following service. Reception to follow at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Socorro, NM.
