Pauline Gutierrez

Gutierrez, Pauline Pauline Sedillo Gutierrez, age 81 ,passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 26, 2014. Pauline was born in the community of Barelas on February 20, 1932, and was a lifelong resident of Albuquerque. A graduate of Albuquerque High School, Pauline was a devout member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church and a long time President of the Alter Rosary Society. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents David and Jesucita Sedillo, brothers Manuel Sanchez, David Sedillo, Boleslo Sedillo, and sisters Rosemary Sedillo, Theresita (Terry) Pederson and Amalia Gallegos. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Ramon �Monchie� Gutierrez and their five children: three sons, Paul Gutierrez and wife Mary, Vincent Gutierrez, Steven Gutierrez and two daughters, Beatrice de Bettignies and husband Bob, Bernadette Derlein and husband Darin, and her sister Irene Barreras and husband Ben. She is also survived by her thirteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers are Carlos Gutierrez, Anthony Gutierrez, Rudy P. Gomez, Alex Gomez, Joseph Barreras and Marcus Barreras. The Rosary will be recited at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church on January 31, 2014 at 7 pm. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 1, 2014, at 10 am. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
