Our beloved Pearl Lee Sisson, 87 years old, born Aug. 8, 1922, was called to her heavenly home March 6, 2010. Pearl and her husband Pete owned the Aztec Café from 1950-1976 and the sold Indian Jewelry at the Flea Market from 1976-1999. Pearl was very active in Bethel Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School for over 28 years. Pearl was an involved member at the Aztec Senior Center and the San Juan Baptist Closet. She was also an active Pilot Club Charter member. Pearl was loved by all whose lives she touched. She was preceded in death by her husband, Pete; daughter, Tami; and grandson, John Sexton. Survived by one son, Petey Sisson, and grandchildren: Brandy Groth (Micah), Bert and Carl Sexton (Rebecca), Michael Arnold, Shalisa Arnold, and Breanne Chacon (Eddie), 13 great-grandchildren, 4 sisters and 1 brother, several nieces and nephews. Viewing will be held from 2:00 p.m. �?¯�?¿�?½�?¯�?¿�?½“ 7 p.m. Wed., March 10th, at Bethel Baptist Church. Pallbearers will be Delbert Sexton Sr., Roger Ensor, Cliff Gates, Terry Lewis, Jack Ensor, and Carl Sexton. Honorary pallbearers are Tommy Wright, Richard Wright, Robbie Mumm, Mark Kelly, and Eric Kelly. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Gideons in memory of Pearl and / or Pete Sisson.
