Phyllis Delouise

DELOUISE -- Phyllis Delouise, 72, a resident of Rio Rancho for 21 years, passed away on August 27, 2010. She is survived by her children, Jeannie Fawley and husband, William of New Market, MD, Ronald Epstein and wife, Carol of Rio Rancho and Robin Epstein and husband, John Nootenboom of Rio Rancho; six grandchildren Richard, Danielle, Melinda, Aaron, Shai and Jaime; two great-grandchildren, Sage and Layla; and two sisters, Roseanne Sirignano and husband, John of Lakewood, NJ, and Nancy Delouise of Brooklyn, NY. Phyllis was preceded in death by her partner, Ralph Tarshes. She enjoyed living in New Mexico but she especially loved the Sandia Mountains.
