Piedad Erives de Mendez 1935–2026

Con profundo dolor, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Piedad Erives de Mendez, quien falleció en paz en su hogar en Rio Rancho, Nuevo México, el 6 de octubre de 2026, a la edad de 91 años.

Piedad nació el 30 de marzo de 1935 en la ciudad de Madera, Chihuahua, México. Fue hija de Emiliano Erives y Maria Herrera.

Le sobreviven sus 7 hijos, 14 nietos y 12 bisnietos, quienes atesorarán su recuerdo y el amor que compartió a lo largo de su vida.

El servicio conmemorativo está programado para el domingo 18 de octubre de 2026, a las 10:00 a.m., en Daniels Family Funeral Service – Sara Chapel, ubicado en 4310 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124. El sepelio se llevará a cabo posteriormente en Vista Verde Memorial Park.

Piedad será profundamente extrañada por su familia y por todos aquellos que tuvieron el privilegio de conocerla y quererla. Que descanse en paz eterna.

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Piedad Erives de Mendez, who passed away peacefully at her home in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, on October 6, 2026, at the age of 91.

Piedad was born on March 30, 1935, in Madera, Chihuahua, Mexico, to Emiliano Erives and Maria Herrera.

She leaves behind a loving family, including her 7 children, 14 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren, who will cherish her memory and the love she shared throughout her life.

A memorial service is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at Daniels Family Funeral Service – Sara Chapel, located at 4310 Sara Road SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124. Burial will follow at Vista Verde Memorial Park.

Piedad will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew and loved her. May she rest in eternal peace.
