Age 86, passed away Friday, November 23, 2018, in Rio Rancho, NM.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Mary Agnes; grandson, Benjie; parents; 4 brothers; and 1 sister.
Polly is survived by husband, Joe Martinez; son, Robert (Stella); daughters, Teresa (Donald), Marilyn (Dan), and Cindy; son, Adrian (Frances); daughters, Cleo, Joann (Philip); son, Steve (Mary); sister, Anna; also by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchild.
Mass of Christian Burial will celebrated on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 - 10:00 AM at St Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 5712 Paradise Blvd NW, Albuquerque, NM.
Interment will follow at 12:45 PM at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe, NM.
