Rebecca E. Grover

GROVER-Rebecca Ellen Grover, 51, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2010. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Grover; son, Stephen J. Grover; brother, David Burd and wife Charlene of Voorhees, NJ; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. She was born in Ft. Monroe Hampton, VA to Arthur A. Burd and Kiyoko Taniguchi. She grew up in a military family where she was fortunate to travel to places such as Virginia, Michigan, Okinawa, Japan, Maryland and El Paso, TX. She graduated from Andrews High School in El Paso, TX and attended El Paso Community College where she received her Associate of Art degree as a Dental Assistant. She was sealed for time and all eternity on September 12, 1981 to Thomas A. Grover in the Washington DC Temple in Kensington, MD. She and Tom have lived in Rio Rancho for the past 16 years. Rebecca loved to scrapbook and makes jewelry and was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00am, Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at Rio Rancho Stake Center, 310 Loma Colorado Drive, Rio Rancho, NM. Interment will follow services at approximately 2:30 pm at Vista Verde Memorial Park, 4310 Sara Road SE and Meadowlark Lane, Rio Rancho, NM.
