Robert "Albert"
Martinez
July 29, 1952 – May 7, 2026
Alameda Baptist Church
10:00 am - 12:00 pm (Mountain time)
Robert “Albert” Martinez was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judith L. Wills, his mother, Celina Martinez, and many cherished uncles, aunts, cousins, and loved ones.
Another angel now watches over the Martinez family and the many friends whose lives Albert touched. Robert “Albert” Martinez was called home by his Lord and Savior to whom he had devoted his life. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Judy, whom he missed dearly, and they are now reunited in the house of the Lord.
Albert was truly a man of many talents — a jack of all trades and a master of them all. He was a gifted artist who designed, carved, and handcrafted custom gold and silver jewelry. He was a master mason who created beautiful adobe walls and homes with remarkable craftsmanship. He also had an incredible talent for restoring classic cars and was known as a master mechanic. One of his proudest accomplishments was restoring his cherished 1940 Ford Deluxe Coup completely from the ground up. Albert also had a special gift for gardening, growing vibrant vegetable and flower gardens that reflected his care and dedication.
Albert was a proud and faithful member of Alameda Baptist Church, where he deeply loved his pastor, bible studies and church family.
He was a devoted and loving uncle to his nieces Sandra, Belinda, and Michelle, as well as to his nephew and Godson, Joe, whom he loved as if they were his own children. He cherished his mother Celina, his sister Dorothy, his brother Perry, and all of his extended family and dear friends.
Albert was deeply loved by all who knew him and will be profoundly missed. May he rest in peace until we are all reunited again.
