Robert Wesley Donley

It is with great sadness and sorrow that we announce the passing of Robert Wesley Donley. Bob, as he was affectionately called passed away on December 8, 2023 in Lubbock, Texas. Bob was born in Glendale California to Glenn Allen Donley and Helen Allen on June 9, 1953. He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Isabel Maria Donley as well those left to mourn in his passing,  his beloved daughters, Angela Piarowski (Joel) grandchildren Rachel, Steven, Christian, Myiah, Jace, and Jaxon. Ceniza Fletcher (David) grandchildren, Brandon and Aaron. Tamie Huerta (Wayne) grandchildren, Jasmine, Jonathan, and Cienna. Elizabeth Adair (Scott) grandchildren Delilah, Alexsandra, and Zoey. Jackie Jensen (Mark) grandchildren, Aaron, Amanda, and Ashley. Sons include Anthony Samora and Robert Samora (Carmen) grandchildren Molly, Athena, Roxanne, Mariah and Rebekah. Armando Samora, grandchildren, Joshua, Isaiah, and Jacqueline, as well as 22 Great grandchildren. He is also survived by his first wife and Mother to his daughters, Rhonda Davis and his loving sister Carol Sanchez (Jim) and their two daughters Melanie and Kimberly. Bob had an esteemed career in the Air Force serving 26 years active duty. He was so proud of all his accomplishments while serving in the military, most of his career was spent with the 4450th Tactical Group on the F-117 Stealth Fighter Jet. After he retired from the military, he worked for the railroad and Angel Aircraft. His true calling and passion came later in life and was found in Ministry. He was a beloved Pastor and spent the last two decades spreading Gods message. His love for God and God‘s work completed him in every way and finally called him home to be with his Lord & Savior. Bob is proceeded in death by his parents, Glenn and Helen and also his son Armando Samora.

Funeral services will be held at Daniels Funeral Home on Wyoming on December 28th, 2023 at 10:00 am. There will be a Celebrations of Bobs Life at the La Estrella Event Center in Placitas, New Mexico the same day from 4pm-7pm. We invite all those who were touched by Bob to join us as we celebrate his joyous life!
