Robert F. Pritzlaff

PRITZLAFF- Robert F. Pritzlaff, age 90, beloved father, grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully at his home, Monday, June 14, 2010. He was born on May 4, 1920 in Lindenhurst, NY and was a resident of Alameda, NM. Robert enjoyed playing his piano everyday, listening to music and working in his gardens. He joined the family business of E.A. Pritzlaff and Son (Auto Body Specialists) in Huntington, NY at age 8 and worked there until he retired, after many years of proudly owning and running the business. Robert was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Louise Pritzlaff. He is survived by his loving children, Robert Frederick, Jr. and wife Deborah, Joanna Philips and husband Robert, and Corinne Weis; his grandchildren, Tracy, Russell, Mehridith, Julie, Kirsten, and Chase; his great-grandchildren, Grace, Caitlin and Julia; his sister-in-law, Josephine Valentine and of course his beloved cat, Harry and bird Fritzy; other relatives and special friends, Rober, Adrian, David, Christine, Frank and Heritage Hospice. Robert will be greatly missed by all. A Memorial Service will be conducted Saturday, June 19, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. at Mr. Pritzlaff’s home.
