Roberta "Robbi" Louise Ross

Roberta “Robbi” Louise Ross passed away on August 10, 2026, at the age of 74.

Robbi was born June 17, 1952, in San Bernardino, California, to George Ledrow Wood and Shirley Lee Wood.

Robbi was a creative person who found joy in making things and sharing them with others. Over the years, her interests included sewing, crafting, and creating greeting cards. She was colorful and expressive, and those who knew her will remember her unmistakable laugh and the personality that went along with it.

Family was an important part of Robbi’s life. She is survived by her husband, Robert “Bob” Murray Ross, Jr.; her daughter, Robyn Ruetz Minor; four grandchildren and their families; and five surviving siblings. She was preceded in death by her mother, father, one brother, and two sisters.

Robbi’s Christian faith was also an important part of her life. She was involved in her church and found opportunities there to serve, create, and connect with others. Her family remembers her life with gratitude and entrusts her to the promises of Christ, finding comfort in the hope of the resurrection.

A funeral service celebrating Robbi’s life will be held Saturday, August 22, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Daniel’s Family Funeral Services, Wyoming Chapel, 7601 Wyoming Blvd NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87109.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made in Robbi’s memory to Animal Humane New Mexico, 615 Virginia St. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
