Ronald Frank Bobert

Ronald Frank Bobert a resident of Rio Rancho, New Mexico since 2015, passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at the age of 55. Ronald leaves behind his loving wife of 34 years, Gina Bobert; his three sons; Zackary, Elijah, and Christopher; his granddaughter, Autumn.

Ronald took pride in serving in the United States Army for 22 years. Where he achieved the rank of Warrant Officer Grade 3. Ronald retired from the Army in 2006 at the Pentagon. He continued working in Northern Virginia at Lockheed Martin until he moved to Rio Rancho, New Mexico in 2015 to work at the United States Forrest Service. He took great pride in his leadership skills and work ethic.

Every Saturday he cheered on the Nebraska Football with his family. Nebraska is tied to his heart because it is his childhood state and team.  He looked forward to every season and shared this excitement with his sons and wife. His passions in life were working on home projects, collecting Hot Wheels, watching various sports, exploring New Mexico, and enjoying his evenings drinking wine with his wife in the backyard.

Ronald was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was the tough-loving type with his family, friends, and coworkers but always was genuine and wanted to see everybody exceed.

He is missed every day and his legacy will be remembered and honored by his family. Go Big Red!
