Rose N. Martinez

MARTINEZ, Rose, 89, went home to be with our Lord on Thursday, January 14, 2010. A long time resident of Albuquerque, Rose is preceded in death by her husband Esequiel Martinez and her son Frank Martinez. She is survived by her daughters; Marylou Naranjo and husband Raul Ramirez, Gloria Serna, Patricia Baca, Virginia Martinez, daughter-in-law, Mary Martinez all of Albuquerque, adopted son, Louis Sanchez, step-children; Albert Martinez and Gloria Garcia, 19 grandchildren; Rudy, Arthur and Sandra Naranjo, Loretta Naranjo Lopez, Estefanita Garcia, Carol Wylie, Frank Martinez, Jr., Rachel Garcia, Phillip, Darlene, and Julie Martinez, Don Robert Baca, Antoinette Baca, Vanessa Baca, Debbie Martinez, Anthony and Frances Serna, Michael and Melissa Martinez, 47 great-grandchildren and 34 great-great-children. Rose was active at the Amistad Senior Center and PACE Total Community Care. She retired from UNM/ATP, and was a choir member of San Ignacio Catholic Church and a Grandmother to her entire neighborhood. Rose's care has been entrusted to: Garcia Mortuary 717 Stover S.W.
