Rose Romero

ROMERO, Rose Romero, 82 of Albuquerque passed into the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on November 26, 2010 with her loving family surrounding her. A long time resident of Albuquerque, Rose was born in Espanola, NM to Antonio and Carolyn Montoya on December 3, 1927. Rose is preceded in death by her husband; Joe in 1993, her sons; Louie Romero, Michael Romero and Anthony Romero, and daughter, Josephine Gurule. Rose is survived by five children. Sons; Manuel Romero and wife Jeanette, Joseph Romero and wife Pauline and Melvin Romero. Daughters; Mary Lou Romero and Rosemary Dimas and husband, Steve and Rose’s devoted life partner of 17 years; Jose Luis Hernandez; plus numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 30, 2010 at Daniels Family Funeral Service, Carlisle Chapel, 3113 Carlisle Boulevard, NE, at 6:00pm. Rosary will be recited at 7:00pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am on Wednesday, December 1, 2010 at San Felipe de Neri, 2005 N. Plaza (Old Town). Interment will follow at Mt.
