Age 86, went to Heaven on Monday, December 14, 2015. She was born in Port Angeles, WA. Formerly an Alaska Airline stewardess based in Fairbanks where she met Robert E. Cook whom she was married to for 62 years. They had four children, Robert, Mary, Lilly and Thomas; grandchildren, Jennifer, Katie, Benjamin, Joshua, Rachael, Emily, Luke and Elizabeth; great grandchildren, Eilly, Mario, Cristian, Ava, Michael, Elija, Shepard, Hadassah and Lilly Rae; special friends, Mary E. Cook and Richard Chiero and many beloved neighbors and friends.
Rosina and Bob raised their family in Chicago Ridge and Des Plaines, Illinois and Burnsville, Minnesota. Rosina proudly served the Lord as a Eucharistic Minister, women's Bible study and prayer group leader. She also worked with abused women and was a strong advocate for them. She had a very strong devotion to Jesus and the Blessed Mother.
Upon retirement, Bob and Rosina went on a year-long search and felt the Lord led them to Rio Rancho. She loved "her" mountains and found them a source of God's splendor, inspiration and strength, a legacy that she passed on to her children.
