Roy Edward Davis

DAVIS- Roy Edward Davis age 61, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on January 14, 2010. Roy Davis was born to Willie Davis and Rosa Lee Davis, in Lorenzo, Texas on April 1, 1948. God saw that Ray was getting tired and, called him home. Ray, was preceded in death by both parents, one step-son. The family moved to Clovis, NM in his younger years. Ray moved to Albuquerque in 1967. He worked for 25 years for Lumber Inc. He was working for On Time Parking (13 years) at the time of his death. He attended Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church until his homegoing. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Gwen Davis, one step-son, Mother in-law Sister Mary Green, sister in-laws, Darnell Woofin and family, Tammy Bell and family, Emma Cook and family; two daughters, Louella Wynn(J.W) of Albuquerque, NM Tina and family of California; one brother in Clovis, NM Ray Davis, two sisters Ervene Newton, Pam all of Clovis N.M.; brother Willie James of Albuquerque, NM; one brother Jr. from Albuquerque; two sisters Shell, Colorado Springs CO; two Bobby Jane, Valerie Jones of Albuquerque, NM; two grandchildren and two great grandsons and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Very special friends Ina Bill, Nancy Pounds, Cindy Fields and the crew of On Time Parking. Last but not least my Mom, you're always there when I need you Thank you Mom.
