Roy Calvin Grimes

Roy Calvin Grimes, 85, of Farmington, New Mexico,died on Thanksgiving Day, 2010, his favorite day of the year, in Farmington. He was born February 8, 1925, to Viva and Russell Grimes. He served his country proudly in World War II and in Korea. He owned and operated East Main Texaco for 26 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Sidney Kelly. He is survived by Dessie, his wife of 67 years; his children, Danny Ray of Moab, Utah; Stella Moore ad husband, Duck, Becky Thomason and husband, Steve, of Farmington; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; two brothers and two sisters. He will be missed by all of us. Cremation has taken place and there will be no services. Arrangements are with: Daniels Family Funeral Services 804 N.
