Ruby Leeper, 91, of Cedar Hill, died on Monday, Oct. 31, 2011, in Aztec. She was born Aug. 10, 1920, in Cedar Hill, to Basilio Larcher and Clara Larcher. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Priscilla Shannon; and her grandson, Josuah Leeper. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, Nov. 4, at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
