Scott Randall Carson
March 20, 1985 - Oct. 6, 2011 Scott Randall Carson, 26, of Aztec, died on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011, in Farmington. He was born March 20, 1985, in Durango, Colo., to Connie Branham and Jerry Carson. When he was 4 years old, Scott and his family moved to Indiana, where Scott was raised and went to school. After graduation, he returned to New Mexico. He worked in the oil field and was employed by Aztec Well Service.
He was engaged to Angel Chavez and was looking forward to having a family. He was a beautiful boy, and was becoming a handsome, caring young man when God called him home. Son, you may be gone but never forgotten. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Eugene Flaherty and Charles Carson; and an uncle, Darryll Carson. He is survived by his parents; stepfather, Will Branham; brothers, Clinton Carson and Tyrell Carson; grandparents, Maxiane Flaherty and Yvonne New; numerous uncles, aunts and cousins, one niece; and many wonderful friends.
Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, at Cope Memorial Chapel of Aztec, 405 S. Main Ave.
Funeral services will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 12, at Cope Memorial Chapel of Aztec.
Cremation will follow the services.
