Shara Nelson

Shara Nelson passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022. She was born in New Castle, IN on September 21, 1952, to Robert and Frances Ledgerwood.

She was preceded in death by her father, Robert and her mother, Frances Ledgerwood.

Shara is survived by husband, Randy Nelson of Rio Rancho, NM. Her son; Myles Nelson, daughter in law; Jessica Nelson, sister; Shirley Johnson, and grandchildren Benjamin, Mackenzie, and Brooklyn Nelson.

She graduated in 1970 at Manzano High school. And in 1978 she married her husband Randy Nelson on March 24 in Las Vegas, NV. Over the 43 years married together they spent a life full of love and grew a beautiful family. Shara loved her grandchildren.

A Burial will be held on Friday, January 21, 2022 at 11:30am at Sunset Memorial Park.
