Age 60, passed away Monday, May 30, 2016. He was born in Belen, NM on September 16, 1955 to Andres Griego and Andrellita Tafoya Griego of Socorro, NM. Steve was a Vietnam Veteran, a beloved Dad, and a friend to many. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. Stephen is survived by Diana Romero and their two sons Nicholas and Oralio; and son, Scott Jeremy Griego; sister, Pauline Griego; and many relatives, friends and caregivers. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Oralio "Riley" Griego, Celso Griego and Juan Griego; sisters, Diana Niner and Pablita Griego. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Friday, June 10, 2016, at 9:00 am at San Miguel Catholic Church, 403 El Camino Real , Socorro, NM.
