Susan L Forbes

Major Susan L. Forbes, USA, Retired passed away on April 30, 2026. She was born September 4th, 1947, in Summit, New Jersey. She attended college and earned an Associate Degree of Nursing in 1982; a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Sciences in 1991 and a Master of Science Degree in Safety Engineering and Management in 1996. She also served in the Army National Guard and Army Reserves as an Army Nurse for 22 years. She is survived by her sons, Joseph (Wife Michelle) and James Repichowski and two grandchildren Nicholas and Kristin. She was preceded in death by her son, Michael Repichowski. A memorial service will be held at Daniel's Funeral Services, 7601 Wyoming Blvd. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109. on May 22nd at 10am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Autism Society of America, 6110 Executive Boulevard, Suite 305, Rockville, Maryland 20852.
