Susan Elizabeth Kitsch, born October 17, 1954, in Milwaukee, passed away peacefully on May 26, 2026. She now joins her beloved husband, Michael, who preceded her in death.

Susan lived life with remarkable passion, energy, and joy. She loved quilting, riding her Harley’s, traveling, music, riding her electric bike, and spending time socializing at the gym. She spent her career at Sandia National Labs from where she retired. Above all, Susan treasured her family — including her cherished biker family — and brought warmth, laughter, and friendship wherever she went.

She is survived by her twin children, Adena and Gideon; daughter-in-law Kathy; son-in-law Daryl; grandchildren Alex, Tyler, Chase, and Aubrey; and her sister Karen. Her love, vibrant spirit, and enthusiasm for life will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Susan’s memory will live on through the countless lives she touched with her kindness, strength, and joyful heart.
