Teruko Kitamine

KITAMINE, Teruko Kitamine, 63, of Albuquerque passed away on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at a local hospital. She was born to the late William and Toshiko Tanaka Bowling in Kyushu, Japan. Teruko “Sushi Mama”, a member of the Japanese American Citizen League, was co-owner of the Taka Sushi Restaurant and a resident of Albuquerque for 45 years. Survivors include her husband, Ikuo Kitamine; son, Taka Kitamine; brothers, Toshihiro, Billy, William R., Samuel E.
