Theresa Lucero, 64, born February 28, 1951 in Bernalillo, NM went to be with our Lord on April 23, 2015. A loving mother, grandmother, sister, auntie and friend who truly touched the lives of many will forever be missed. She was preceded in death by her husband Gilbert Lucero; parents, Flavio and Frances Nieto, Johnny and Eloisa Archibeque; brothers: Pete Aragon, Patricio Sanchez, Gilbert Sanchez, Manuel Sanchez. She is survived by her children: son, Matthew Lucero and wife Angela; daughter, Olivia Lucero; son, Timothy Lucero and wife Jennifer; grandchildren: David Chavez, Jonathan Lucero, Gabriel Archuleta, Lucas Archuleta, Brandon Lucero, and Aiden Lucero; sisters: Melba Griego, Sandra Gutierrez and husband Roger; brothers: Johnny Archibeque Jr. and wife Esther; Frank Archibeque; Jimmy Sanchez. Theresa was very kind, loving, gentle-hearted, strong and brave. Devoted to her faith, Theresa was very active in her church and touched the lives of many throughout the community. Her strength and courage led a great example to family and friends. Theresa will be greatly missed. Rosary will be recited Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. at Church of the Incarnation, 2309 Monterrey Rd NE, Rio Rancho, NM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Church of the Incarnation, 2309 Monterrey Rd. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. Interment will follow at Our Lady of Sorrows Cemetery, Hwy 550 and I-25, Bernalillo, NM. Reception to follow at Our Lady of Sorrows Social Center. Pallbearers: Jonathan Lucero, Gabriel Archuleta, Rich Torres, Zenon Cruz, Porfirio Gutierrez Jr. and Joseph Chavez Jr.
