Age 69, passed away Friday, April 6, 2018 in Socorro, NM. She was born in Cuarteles, NM on November 21, 1948, to Jose G. and Mauricia M. (Medina) Garcia. Theresa grew up in a large family with nine brothers and sisters. She had a great sense of humor and enjoyed cruising, dancing and music and especially listening to Elvis. She also enjoyed working out at Curves in Socorro. Theresa was devoted to her family and strong in her faith. Theresa moved to Socorro in 1974 and that's where she met and married Frank Ulibarri. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded by her parents; and her brother-in-laws, Tony Herrera, Vance See, Kenneth and Johnny Ulibarri. Theresa is survived by husband of 29 years, Frank Ulibarri; her children, Raymond Vigil and wife, Teresa, and Renee Moore and husband, Frederick; her grandchildren, Raymond Vigil Jr., Anthony Vigil, Patrick Moore, Adam Moore, Kyle Moore, and Asjha Vigil-Martinez; her bothers, Co. John Garcia, (Ret.) and wife, Mildred, Joe Garcia and wife, Cathy, Paul Garcia and wife, Cordelia, Henry Garcia and wife, Sara, and Michael Garcia and wife, Lucille; sisters, Sue Herrera, Sister Teresita Garcia, Silvianita Owen, and Bernadette See; her in laws, David Ulibarri, Henry Ulibarri, Danny Ulibarri and wife, Susan, Mary Blough, Helen Shelm and husband, Carl; and numerous nieces and nephews and friends. Rosary will be recited on Thursday, April 12, 2018, at 7:00 pm at San Miguel Catholic Church, 403 El Camino Real , Socorro. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Friday, April 13, 2018, at 9:00 am at San Miguel Catholic Church, 403 El Camino Real , Socorro. Celebrant Father John Anasiudu.
