IN LOVING MEMORY OF THOMAS BOMBER
August 13, 1939 – October 23, 2026
Thomas Bomber, 87, passed away on October 23, 2026, leaving behind a family who loved him deeply and will forever cherish his memory. He was preceded by in death by his beloved wife, Margaret Bomber, who passed away in 2009. Thomas leaves behind his three children, Cheryl, Mark, and Karen; his grandchildren, Christina, Michael, Kayle, and Angela; and his two great-grandchildren, Logan and Lana. His family was an important part of his life, and his love and influence will continue through the generations who were fortunate enough to know him.
Thomas proudly served his country in the United States Air Force, retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. His years of military service reflected his dedication and commitment, qualities that carried over into his personal life and the way he cared for his family.
Beyond his military career, Thomas found happiness in the outdoors and enjoyed living life to the fullest. He loved golfing, playing tennis, hiking, camping, and hunting. These activities brought him joy and reflected his appreciation for the outdoors, adventure, and the simple pleasures of life.
Above all, Thomas was a loving, caring, supportive, and understanding father. He had a special way of guiding those he loved. Rather than simply giving answers, he offered options and allowed others to find their own way. He believed in supporting his family, helping them see their choices, and trusting them to make their own decisions. His guidance, patience, and understanding were gifts that his family will carry with them throughout their lives.
Though his family must now learn to live without his physical presence, the lessons he taught, the memories they shared, and the love he gave will remain forever. His legacy is not only found in his service to his country, but also in the lives he touched and the family he helped shape.
Thomas will be remembered with love, gratitude, and respect. He will be deeply missed and forever held in the hearts of those who loved him.
