Veronica (Vera) A. Kremer

Mrs. Veronica (Vera) A. Kremer, age 85, died Thursday, January 12, 2012 in Albuquerque. Mrs. Kremer was born on June 8, 1926 to Annie and Alfred Redmond in Dublin, Ireland. She immigrated with her family to the United States in 1949 and has resided in multiple places until settling in Albuquerque in 1988. Vera was member of Risen Savior Catholic Church where she has been quite active in various ministries and volunteer organizations. Her greatest passion was her family, children, grandchildren and her many friends. She was preceded in her death by her husband of 53 years, Ted, son Alan and sister Peggy. Vera is survived by her son, Kevin and wife Terrie; daughter Beverly Oberdorf and husband Mike; granddaughters Kathryn, Anna and Bethany Kremer and Christine Vallejos and her husband Chris; and grandson Alan Oberdorf. A prayer vigil will be held at Risen Savior Catholic Church 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE Albuquerque, NM 87109 on Monday January 16, 2012 at 7:00 pm and a Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday January 17, 2012 at 10:00 am with internment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery immediately following Mass.
