Wesley Patrick Holt Moore

Wesley Moore passed away at the young age of 14, on Thursday
September 9, 2021. He was a talented catcher who leaves behind his
parents, Keith and Christie, his sister Addison, Maternal Grandparents Gary
and Cathie Baker, Paternal Grandfather Gary Moore. His Aunt Rendie
Gonzales, Uncles Hector Gonzales, Chris Baker & Brian Moore. His Cousins
TL and Peyton Moore and many many many more extended family members
and friends who all love him more than words can express.

He had the most adorable smile, an absolutely quirky sense of humor and
quick wit. He was an avid reader of fiction. He Loved camping, playing in a
lake or swimming pool, water tubing, riding his dirt bike, hanging out with his
Utah “peeps” and playing games on the Xbox. He wanted to be a helicopter
pilot and overall just liked being busy and active.

He was loved fiercely and will be missed by too many to list.

We little knew that day, God was going to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly, in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you.
You did not go alone.
For part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories, your love is still our guide.
And although we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broke, and nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one,
The Chain will link again.
