William Clell Bost, 74, of Farmington, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2010 in Farmington. He was born June 16, 1935 in Pueblo, CO. to Margaret and Clell Bost.
Bill attended and graduated from Pueblo County High School. He worked for and retired from the Bureau of Reclamation, where he was a draftsman and illustrator. He was also co-founder of the La Plata County Search and Rescue.
Following retirement, Bill opened and ran a gift shop in Cortez, CO.
He moved to Farmington in 1999, to spend the rest of his years, with his love, Bev Allen. While living in Farmington,, Bill was a member of the San Juan Regional Medical Center Hospital Auxilians.
Bill loved fishing, hunting, and animals. He adored his little Shih Tzu, Pebbles.
William is survived by his children, Mike Bost, Brenda Newton, and Jeff Bost; grandchildren, Buddy Newton, and Devin Bost; sister, Peggy Whaley; and brother-in-law, Tom Whaley.
Bill was proud of his family and loved them all dearly. He laughed often and his hearty laugh will be sorely missed.
