Billy went home to be with Our Lord on July 11, 2019. He was born in Willard, NM on August 8, 1956. He is survived by his beloved son Raymond Brown, 3 step daughters: Amanda, Frances and Madeline Mena; five grandchildren; brother, Michael Brown (Bethany); sisters, Darlene Brown, Antonia Marrufo, Patricia Sedillo and Tina Martinez; 15 nephews and 4 nieces and many great nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his father; William G. Brown and mother; Rosalia Brown, sister, Celina Salgado; brother, Terry Brown; nephews, Carlos Pichardo and Jonathan Molina.
