Willie A. Castillo, Sr.

CASTILLO - Willie A. Castillo, Sr., age 73, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away Monday, August 23, 2010. He was born in Whitehorse, NM and was a resident of Tinian, NM. Prior to retiring he worked for the Gas Company and for the Rail Road. Willie enjoyed watching wrestling on television, working on vehicles, and spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jose and Mary Chee Castillo; a son, Willie Castillo, Jr.; Lucille Manygoat and Nelson Castillo. Willie is survived by his loving wife Shirley R. Castillo; his children, Bernard Castillo, Sylvia Toledo and Marcia Toledo; 12 grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jimmie and Lee Castillo; his sisters, Louis Harrison, Marie Scott, and Cecilia Chavez; other numerous relatives and friends. Willie will be greatly missed by all. Funeral Services for Willie will be conducted Saturday, August 28, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cuba Baptist Church, in Cuba, NM. Interment will follow at the Cuba Baptist Cemetery.
