Wynonia V. Cawyer

Cawyer, Wynonia Vee of Rio Rancho, New Mexico passed away on Monday April 18, 2011 at 89. Wynonia was born in a tepee at Muskogee Creek Oklahoma on October 24, 1921. Wynonia was preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years, Edwin Wiley Cawyer. Wynonia is survived by her son Edwin Dean Cawyer and wife Marga; daughter Rachel Vee Miller and husband Jack; Eight grandchildren; Jimmy Cawyer, Sandy Crump, Cindy Anderson, Barb Hyer, Deb(Jeff) Fjelsted, Jacqueline (Mike) Miller, Wynonia (David) Field and Caryl Cawyer. Eleven great grandchildren; Amanda Terrel, Robyn Poindexter, Michael Waring, Austin Dolinger, Joseph Field, Madison Crump, Joseph Cawyer, Jonathon Anderson, Jessiah Anderson, Charlie Weber, Brian Weber, Dakota Hyer and four great great grandchildren; William Terrel IV, Tommy Terrel, McKayla Terrel and Bailea Poindexter. Wynonia was raised on a farm outside of Hatch, New Mexico with 12 brothers and sisters. She enjoyed vegetable gardens, canning, chickens and birds of all kinds, sewing, crocheting and embroidery. She worked many jobs over the years but none were as important as her dedication to being the best homemaker she could be. Wynonia especially loved and enjoyed her family and dogs.
