Brian Wesley Romero

Brian Wesley Romero, 44, a resident of Albuquerque, NM joined our Heavenly Father on Tuesday, February 2, 2021. Brian was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM.

 

Brian was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Huff, and grandparents, Juan and Bertha Romero. Brian is survived by his loving children: son, Brandon Romero; stepdaughter, Brianna Hall; stepson, Elijah Arrington whom he loved like his very own; his mother, Cynthia Macias, (husband, Gilbert Macias); brothers, Derrick and Marcus Macias.

 

His love for leading others led him to work as a manager at Molina Healthcare, where his co-workers truly adored him.

 

His kids were his biggest pride and joy—always bragging on any accomplishments they had or any milestones they achieved. He loved his Pugs, his cat, Ommy, and all animals that would stray to the house. His biggest hobby was UFC, which led him on many road trips to Las Vegas. He rooted for the Redskins and loved making music. But, comedy was his favorite: Joey Diaz, Felipe Esparza and Joe Rogan were always playing on his phone and TV. He enjoyed working out and dressing in style. He always had the right clothes for whatever occasion.

 

He was a compassionate man that enjoyed all that life had to offer. His contagious laugh and wonderful smile will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him. 

 

A Memorial Service will be celebrated on February 19, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at Sagebrush Riverside, Coors Blvd, Albuquerque, NM. All persons involved in public gatherings are also asked to maintain social distancing.
