Brian T. Varno

On June 21, 2022, Brian lost his courageous battle against Leukemia. He continued to fight until the end. He was born in Minneapolis, MN on May 19, 1961, to Leroy and Vernelle Varno. He was the fifth child of six wonderful siblings.

Brian was an avid Minnesota Viking’s fan; he was a car enthusiast with a Dodge Challenger being his favorite car. He enjoyed traveling the world with his wife, companion, best friend and bride, Monica.  His children were always his priority. You can always find him on water whether it was a lake, beach or in the ocean. He enjoyed camping out on their boat, riding jet skis or cruising in his ATV.  He was employed with Intel Corporation for 31 years where he was a Dry Etch tech/ Manufacturing tech.

He is preceded in death by his parents Leroy and Vernelle Varno; sister, Michelle Classen.

Brian is survived by wife, Monica Varno; brother, Mark and wife Mona Varno; sister, Sheila and husband Ron Glocke; brother, Craig and wife Marilyn Varno; sister, Renee and husband Tim Turgeon; daughter, Alora Varno; son, Matthew Varno; step son(s), Ramon and Tomas Perea; Step daughter, Angela Perea; pet dog, Bo.

Services will be held Thursday, June 30, 2022, 10:00am at Grace Outreach Center: 2900 Southern Blvd SE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124

Reception to follow services will be held 11:00am at Olympus Event Center: 4591 Vista Fuente Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87114
