Cathy Elizabeth Shepard

Cathy Elizabeth Shepard, age 95, passed away May 3rd, 2022, in Rio Rancho, NM. She was born in Vernon, TX on December 4th, 1926, to George B and Alice A Gordy. She was preceded in death by daughter Jorita and sister Alice Vida. She is survived by her children Cooki Reynolds (Richard L. Griebe), Marie Donat, Rodney Reynolds (Jane), 5 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

Cathy married Howard W. Reynolds on June 5th, 1949, in Alva, OK.   She received her BA in 1951 at Northwestern Oklahoma State University.  Her hobbies included being in nature, watering her plants, spending time with animals, traveling, arts and crafts, drawing and music.  She was a member of Eastern Star and Pi Mu. She was active with Mesa Baptist Church located in Rio Rancho, NM.

After 95 years of life, we celebrate too many memories and loved ones to mention. Cathy loved and was loved by many.
