Charles LeRoy Jaramillo

JARAMILLO-Charles LeRoy Jaramillo, age 70, beloved and devoted father, grandfather, and brother, was called to his heavenly home by the Lord, Thursday, April 2, 2009. He was born on May 9, 1938, and was a life long resident of Cubero, NM. LeRoy was a proud man, a hard worker who was raised in a small town, and was an heir of the Cubero Land Grant. He enjoyed family gatherings, fishing, hunting and horses. LeRoy will always be fondly remembered as a proud man with strong family values who loved his family unconditionally. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lorenzo and Clara Jaramillo; his son, Jose "Joey" Lorenzo Jaramillo; daughter, Theresa Marie Jaramillo; brother, Larry Jaramillo; and sister, Romie Davis. LeRoy is survived by his loving children, Gloria Miera, Charlotte Anguiano, Elizabeth Terrazas, Susan Seidel, and James Jaramillo; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters, Guadalupe Smith, Lorenzo Jaramillo, Mary Helen Lopez, Jesusita Soto, and Marcella Baca; and numerous other relatives; and a host of friends. LeRoy will be greatly missed by his loving family and by those whose hearts he touched. Pall Bearers will be Eli Miera, LeRoy Lucero, Bruce Ranke, Julian Jaramillo, Lorenzo Jaramillo, Jr., Jesus Trevizo, Jonathan Prudencio and Dave Meyer.
