Harry L. Rodeheaver

February 17, 1947 — May 9, 2019

Harry L. Rodeheaver, age 72, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2019 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  He was born on February 17, 1947 in Cumberland, Maryland.  He graduated from Rancho High School in 1965 and then proceeded on to Bremerton Jr. College.  His hobbies included archery, dog shows, darts, and beekeeping.  He was also honored to be a baseball and wrestling coach.

Harry was a proud veteran who served his country, for 4 years active duty and 2 years in the reserves, in the U.S. Navy before receiving an honorable discharge as a Petty Officer 2nd Class.  During his service, he served in the Vietnam War and was decorated with the Vietnam Service Medal with Bronze Star, National Defense Service Medal, and the Republic of Vietnam Campaign Medal.  He went on after his military service to be employed with Ultra Dental Ceramics over a 40 year career.

Harry is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mary Rodeheaver; sons, Jack Rodeheaver and wife Nichole, Jason J. Rodeheaver; grandchildren, Daniel Rodeheaver, Kara Rodeheaver, Jacob Rodeheaver, and Jeremy Rodeheaver; sister, Judy Twig; and his pet Boss.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, May 23, 2019, at Covenant Presbyterian Church, 9315 Candelaria Rd NE, Albuquerque. Interment to follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery, Santa Fe.  Please join us in celebrating Harry's life, immediately after the burial, at the Rodeheaver home, 401 Burma Dr NE, Albuquerque, NM 87123.
