Katherine Ahn Morse

Katherine Ahn “Tutu” Morse, 96, passed away on January 12th of natural causes.

Born February 13, 1924 in Hana, Maui, Territory of Hawaii, she was the daughter of Ahn Muyng Soon and Kim Duk Soon.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Dale D. Morse and is survived by her four children, Ronal, Cathy (Kulifay), Earl and Richard, all of Albuquerque, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Katherine retired from Public Service Company of New Mexico in 1984. She was known for her exceptional cooking skills and her greatest joy was preparing wonderful meals for the people she loved.

Plans for a memorial service are pending. The family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be made to Animal Humane New Mexico at 615 Virginia St. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
