Sonja O'Brien

Sonja L. O’Brien, was embraced by our loving Lord and Savior on January 4, 2020. Sonja was born to Felipe Lucero and Romelia Naranjo - Lucero on October 3, 1941. Sonja is preceded in death by both of her parents; her three siblings, Barbara Padilla, Phillip Lucero Jr, Louisa Lucero; and her beloved son, William Thomas O’Brien. Sonja is survived by her sisters, Geraldine (Rudy) Minitrez, Rosalie Holder, Sandra (Jess) Hayes; and many nieces and nephews. Thank you Joann Vega for sitting with me countless hours assuring Sonja was not alone. Thank you Johnnie Naranjo for coming and sharing all the memories and we do know Sonja heard them because she laughed. A special thanks to the staff at Tercer Cielo for your special care of Sonja.
